Tenant Relations

Our Tenant Relations team is the friendly face and listening ear for every resident who calls a PMI NWI property home. We believe great relationships create great living experiences, that’s why we go above and beyond to ensure tenants feel supported, heard, and valued from day one.
Whether it’s answering questions, addressing concerns, or celebrating milestones, our team is here to make every tenant feel like part of the PMI family.
Marilin is a Process Manager at PMI NWI, where she focuses on streamlining workflows, optimizing performance, and driving efficiency across teams. Her structured, solutions-oriented approach helps ensure every process runs smoothly and effectively.
Outside of work, Marilin enjoys sewing, a hobby that perfectly blends her love of craft and logic, creating pieces that are both functional and beautiful in her eyes.
Mhelmar is PMI NWI’s go-to expert for renewals and move-outs, ensuring every process runs smoothly and in full compliance. From guiding tenants through lease renewals to managing move-outs, whether regular, early, or due to eviction, he makes sure every step is clearly communicated and properly documented.
Outside of work, Mhelmar channels his focus and determination into achievement hunting in challenging video games, celebrating the thrill of unlocking rare milestones that only a small percentage of players ever reach.
Jennifer is part of PMI NWI’s Tenant Relations department, serving as the primary point of contact for tenants. She ensures every concern is handled promptly, professionally, and in line with company policies, helping maintain strong and positive relationships with residents.
When she’s not assisting tenants, Jennifer enjoys winding down by watching documentaries and anime, or spending time on the court playing volleyball and basketball.
Jasper plays an essential role on the Tenant Relations Team, ensuring every resident enjoys an exceptional experience at PMI NWI. From move-in to move-out, he provides prompt, professional responses to calls, chats, texts, and emails. His attentive approach helps residents feel heard, supported, and well cared for every step of the way.
In his free time, Jasper loves immersing himself in manga and Asian fiction novels, often finding the perfect reading spot in a peaceful, scenic place surrounded by nature.
Reg is an essential part of the Tenant Relations Team at PMI NWI. Part of that is helping on the leasing side of things, ensuring every move-in goes smoothly and that all details are perfectly coordinated. His teamwork and reliability help create a seamless experience for new residents.
Outside of work, Reginald is a big basketball fan and enjoys diving into competitive online games whenever he gets the chance.
Bea is one of PMI NWI’s Maintenance Coordinators, making sure issues are resolved quickly and efficiently before they turn into full-blown chaos. She’s known for her upbeat attitude, constant communication, and dedication to keeping both tenants and team members happy.
When she’s not managing work orders or coordinating with PMs and technicians, Bea loves capturing memories through her camera, journaling, spending time with her son, and occasionally sipping water like it’s coffee. Her blend of organization, care, and persistence ensures every “uh-oh” moment turns into an “all good” one.
Niño plays an important role at PMI NWI by assisting residents with rent payments and billing inquiries, ensuring every interaction is handled with care and clarity. He manages communications across calls, emails, chats, and text messages, sends timely payment reminders, and oversees collection efforts when needed. In addition, Niño is responsible for coordinating and managing the eviction process, ensuring it is handled professionally and in compliance with company policies.
Outside of work, Niño enjoys reading books and exploring the outdoors through hiking and trekking, finding balance and inspiration in nature.
Maintenance

At PMI NWI, our Maintenance team works hard behind the scenes (and sometimes right on your doorstep) to keep every property safe, functional, and beautiful. From urgent repairs to preventive upkeep, we treat each home as if it were our own. We take pride in fast, reliable service that not only protects our owners’ investments but also gives tenants peace of mind knowing help is always just a call away.
Marco serves as a Maintenance Coordinator at PPD Inc., where he oversees and coordinates repairs and maintenance with precision and care. His problem-solving mindset and attention to detail ensure every task runs smoothly and efficiently.
Outside of work, Marco channels that same hands-on energy into his personal passions, whether he’s tackling a new DIY repair project, crafting beats while learning the drums, or planning his next travel adventure.
Ellen plays an important role for PPD, Inc as our Maintenance Dispatcher and ensures clear communication between tenants and technicians so maintenance requests are scheduled promptly and efficiently. Her organization and follow-through help keep everything running smoothly.
Outside of work, Ellen enjoys experimenting in the kitchen, challenging herself to elevate her family’s favorite meals and finding fulfillment in creating dishes her loved ones truly enjoy.
Nesha serves as a Turn Coordinator with PPD Inc, ensuring property turnovers are well-organized, completed on time, and communicated clearly every step of the way. Her attention to detail helps create smooth transitions and keeps operations running efficiently.
Outside of work, Nesha enjoys unwinding with rom-com series or getting inspired by a good motivational book, helping her stay relaxed, focused, and energized.
Angelica is our Executive Assistant with PPD, Inc., supporting daily operations by coordinating meetings and projects, following up on tasks, and helping keep processes and roles organized and up to date. Her structured approach and reliability help ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Outside of work, Angelica enjoys designing and sewing clothes, channeling her creativity into crafting pieces that are both stylish and unique.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys catching up on rest, shopping, and spending quality time with her three daughters.
Kristina is a proactive and highly skilled team member, serving as both a portfolio manager and a key contributor to the leasing team. She leverages her extensive market knowledge to provide valuable insights and guidance to her property owners. Outside of work, Kristina enjoys exploring new restaurants and spending time at home with her pets.
Billy is a dedicated Portfolio Manager at PMI NWI, known for his focus and commitment to supporting property owners and residents alike. When he finds a bit of free time, you’ll likely catch him unwinding with his favorite pastime, playing video games.
He especially enjoys action-adventure and role-playing games, with Ghost of Tsushima and Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 topping his list.
Tricia plays a key supporting role at PMI NWI, assisting Portfolio Managers with a wide range of tasks, from taking notes during meetings to reaching out to tenants and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. She also serves as the Utility Coordinator , making sure utilities are transferred correctly and handling any emergency calls or requests that arise.
Outside of work, Tricia enjoys expressing her creativity through arts and crafts, especially cross-stitching and paint-by-number projects that let her unwind and bring beautiful designs to life.
